According to a report by Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain have prepared Luis Enrique a contract extension. The Spanish manager has impressed during his time in the capital, and the club would like to make him a key part of their long-term project. As it currently stands, Luis Enrique is entering the final year of his contract with it set to expire in 2025.
The manager played a significant role in the club’s transfer business this summer, and it was reported by L’Équipe that he was a major reason for why PSG refused to enter the race for Victor Osimhen (25) as the window came to a close, even after Gonçalo Ramos (23) suffered a significant injury.
The manager reportedly did not think that Osimhen would be able to adapt to his game plan which has placed a significant emphasis on his forward line being fluid and willing to swap positions as seen by his use of Marco Asensio as a false nine.
