Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé both missed training on Tuesday, ahead of Paris Saint-Germain’s visit to OGC Nice on Wednesday night. Neither has been included in the matchday squad.
Mbappé missed the session with hamstring discomfort, whilst Dembélé did gym work, rather than training with the first team after suffering a knock. Both could therefore be rested in PSG’s penultimate game of the season. Luis Enrique decided not to take any risks with a Coupe de France final against Olympique Lyonnais coming up later this month. Marco Asensio and Randal Kolo Muani could take their places in the starting XI.
PSG are expected to start a stronger XI than the one that slumped to a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Toulouse FC on Sunday. As a result, players such as Gianluigi Donnarumma and Vitinha could make their returns.
PSG likely lineup v Nice
Gianluigi Donnarumma; Nuno Mendes, Lucas Beraldo, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi; Fabián Ruiz, Vitinha, Warren Zaïre-Emery; Marco Asensio, Gonçalo Ramos, Randal Kolo Muani. (L’Éq)
