Alassane Pléa will not be involved when Borussia Mönchengladbach face Borussia Dortmund in their last game of 2022 tomorrow evening.
Providing a personnel update at the pre-match press conference, Gladbach coach Daniel Farke revealed that the Frenchman has tested positive for COVID-19.
“Unfortunately, Alassane Plea is out after returning a positive corona test,” Farke told reporters.
“Patrick Herrmann is a doubt due to a bacterial infection. It’s uncertain if Tony Jantschke will play too, as he hasn’t trained with us this week.”
