Bayern Munich fans from all over the world were holding their breath when Noussair Mazraoui was stretchered off in Morocco’s World Cup opener against Croatia.
But it seems they can now breathe a sigh of relief, with Bild reporting that Mazraoui didn’t pick up a serious injury.

According to the report, Bayern and the Moroccan football federation are relaxed about the right-back’s fitness, as he only picked up a minor muscle injury.

Bayern were rocked by a more serious injury blow at the World Cup earlier this week as Lucas Hernandez suffered a cruciate ligament rupture.
