Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann has practically confirmed that either Tim Kleindienst or Jonathan Burkardt will start up front against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Tim Kleindienst and Jonathan Burkardt are among the new additions to Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann’s injury-hit squad.
And, as Nagelsmann revealed at a press conference on Thursday, one of them is in line to start up front against Bosnia-Herzegovina in the UEFA Nations League on Friday.
“You can assume that you’ll see one of them in the starting eleven,” he said.
Sitting next to Nagelsmann, Alexander Nübel spoke of his his excitement about making his debut in goal in the absence of the long-term injured Marc-André ter Stegen.
“Of course, the anticipation prevails. I’m really excited about playing the game tomorrow. I’m nervous, of course, but I’m really looking forward to tomorrow evening,” said Nübel.
