Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (23) is nearing a move to Paris Saint-Germain with the Ligue 1 giant’s representatives in Nice today putting the final touches on the deal in the presence of their counterparts at Napoli. The Serie A side’s replacement may lie just down the coast in Monaco, according to Téléfoot journalist Saber Desfarges.
With Georgia international Kvaratskhelia on his way out of Napoli, the club will have to scour the market for a replacement. According to Desfarges, AS Monaco’s Eliesse Ben Seghir (19) is an option being considered by the Italian club. However, a move looks unlikely this month.
Morocco international Ben Seghir is not looking to leave the Principality club this month, whilst the club themselves will be looking to retain a key element of their club as they look to compete in Europe and on the domestic scene. Desfarges does, however, understand that Les Monégasques’ academy product could be allowed to leave this summer in the event of a strong proposition.
