Omar Marmoush has reflected on the ongoing speculation linking him with a move away from Eintracht Frankfurt.
“Of course you hear about it in passing. I’m honored that people are talking about me. It shows that I’m doing a good job. But on a day-to-day basis, I don’t think about it at all. My focus is on Eintracht Frankfurt and being successful here,” Marmoush told Sport Bild.
As for where he might go next, the Egyptian forward said:
“There is always a lot of speculation from the outside. But I don’t have a specific dream destination.”
While he won’t rule out a move in January, Marmoush insists he is concentrating on the tasks ahead with Eintracht.
“What I can promise the fans is that I will give my all for Eintracht in every game. I’m not thinking about a transfer. I’m living in the here and now and enjoying my time in Frankfurt.”
Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and Liverpool are among the clubs Marmoush has been linked with.
