Liverpool are flying high in the Premier League under manager Arne Slot.
But the Reds are facing the prospect of losing three of their best players, with Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold all out of contracts in the summer.
Van Dijk is expected to sign an extension with Liverpool, but there hasn’t been an official announcement yet.
Salah reportedly wants to stay at Anfield, but a move to Saudi Arabia also appears to be a strong possibility.
Of the three, Alexander-Arnold is the most likely to leave the Premier League giants amid huge interest from Real Madrid.
Los Blancos recently made an offer for the 26-year-old, which was turned down by Liverpool.
However, they now face the prospect of losing the England international for free next summer.
According to El Chiringuito, Alexander-Arnold has now agreed a deal to play for Madrid from next season.
There is also said to be a possibility that the right-back could join the La Liga side in the January transfer window.
Liverpool currently value their star player at €70 million, but Carlo Ancelotti’s side are not willing to pay that fee.
Given the Reds are not in a strong negotiating position, they could lower their demands and a deal could be done for around €35m to €40m before the January window ends.
