According to a report from Foot Mercato, Liverpool are in talks with Eintracht Frankfurt regarding the transfer of Ecuador international Willian Pacho (22).
Pacho has been made Liverpool’s priority signing this summer and talks over a move have therefore begun. Those talks have involved the two relevant clubs, Liverpool and Eintracht Frankfurt, but also the player’s agent. The Bundesliga side have been clear in their demands, stating that they want €65m for the Ecuador international, bonuses included.
With Pacho potentially heading to Anfield later this year, Eintracht Frankfurt have begun scouting for replacements. Lillian Brasier is a name that features on the Bundesliga club’s shortlist, according to Foot Mercato. The Frenchman has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Stade Brestois, with the Breton club on course to secure qualification for European competition for next season.
Brassier has previously been linked with moves to AS Monaco, AC Milan and Porto, but amidst intense interest in January, the centre-back ultimately remained with Les Pirates.
