Lens striker Loïs Openda would be interested in joining Milan, who are interested in signing the 23-year-old.
In recent days, Milan’s interest in the Belgian striker has been reported by many and Daniele Longo has now reported that Milan did make contact with the entourage of the player and the Rossoneri understood the potential financial package needed to move for him.
As of now, the Ligue 1 club want around €40 million for the striker, but Milan believe that they can negotiate the fee downwards and potentially agree a fee which is much lower than what has been quoted to them. Openda has been impressed by Milan’s interest and he would also be interested in a move to the San Siro.
The 23-year-old has been vital to helping Lens seal a Champions League spot this season, scoring 19 times and assisting three times in Ligue 1 while playing 36 games for the club under Franck Haise.
