
RB Leipzig have once again organized a loan out for their congenital problem child Ilaix Moriba.
Spanish-Guinean international Ilias Moriba is headed out of Saxony on his fourth consecutive loan out. After two stints with Valencia and one with Getafe, the 21-year-old will head to Celta Vigo on a season-long-loan with a purchase option. The German Red Bulls have made no secret of the fact that they wish to rid themselves of their one-time €16 million transfer bust.
To date, Moriba has made just two Bundesliga appearances for his parent club since being signed in the autumn of 2021. The former Spanish and current Guinean international nevertheless remains under contract with his parent club through 2026. His estimated market worth has plummeted from €20 million at the time of his signing to €3 million in the latest transfermarkt update.
