Lazio have now put up a price tag on midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savić’s head regarding a summer exit for the Serbian midfielder.
Sky Italia have reported about the player’s future, with his contract at Lazio expiring in the summer of 2024. As of now, they want around €30 million to €35 million to part ways with the player in the summer, amidst decreasing likelihood of him signing a new deal at the Biancocelesti.
Talks over a new deal for the player have never been held in a concrete way and it is a sign that he is now unlikely to renew. Lazio’s best shot at earning a fee from his sale would be this summer, amidst links with Juventus. Lazio don’t want to deprive themselves of the Serbian but the consequences are forcing them to sell him.
Luis Alberto meanwhile, could now sign a renewal at the club after having become an important piece in Maurizio Sarri’s jigsaw.
