Inter will take on Barcelona in their fourth Champions League encounter this season on Wednesday evening. Ahead of the match, Inter striker Lautaro Martínez was seen holding a meeting with his entourage in Barcelona.
As spotted by Sky Sport Italia, Lautaro Martínez received a visit from agent Alejandro Camano and his entire entourage inside the Intercontinental hotel just a few hours before the Nerazzurri’s crucial group-stage match against La Blaugrana.
However, the cameras also spotted that there was nothing serious about the discussion made between the members of the group, especially between the player and his agent. It was more like a friendly visit with similies and humorous gestures.
Despite winning against the same opponents last week, Inter are going into the match as an underdog. Simone Inzaghi’s side currently stands second in their respective group with six points from three matches. However, the gap between them and third-placed Barcelona only stands at three. Meanwhile, while asked about the Barcelona links in the pre-match press conference, the Argentine forward said, “It’s now a thing of the past. Today, I am an Inter player.“
