Getafe announced the departure of head coach Quique Sánchez Flores on Thursday.
Sánchez Flores leaves the Madrid club with seven games remaining in the season and in the midst of a relegation battle. His departure comes four games after the previous departures in La Liga, those of José Rojo ‘Pacheta’ and Diego Martínez at Valladolid and Espanyol respectively.

Getafe struggling
Getafe are currently fourth from bottom in La Liga, with 31 points, one point ahead of Valencia and three ahead of Espanyol, their two closest challengers.
One of the managerial options available to Getafe president Ángel Torres is former Getafe boss José Bordalás, according to Spanish outlet Marca.
