Celtic and Croatia right-back Josip Juranović is attracting interest from Spain, according to various Spanish outlets, including Estadio Deportivo.
Juranović reached the semi-finals of the World Cup with Croatia and after some impressive performances in Qatar, now has several La Liga clubs following him closely. The right-back has been linked with Atlético Madrid and Barcelona.
At 27 years of age, Juranović is in his prime. Both Atlético Madrid and Barcelona could still improve in the right-back area. Neither Héctor Bellerín nor Sergi Roberto have the full backing of Xavi Hernández, who often prefers to use centre-backs Jules Koundé and Ronald Araújo in that position. Although it has been reported that for Barça to make a move they must first see if La Liga allows them to enter the fray.
