As reported by Florian Plettenberg, Kai Havertz’s future at Chelsea remains uncertain and could depart this summer.
The next few months will be decisive for the German international, with a decision likely to be made either May or June.
If the 23-year-old leaves this summer, going to a club with Champions League football will be crucial for him. Chelsea would accept a bid of around €60m for the attacking midfielder.
Havertz has been at Chelsea since 2020 when he arrived from Bayer Leverkusen where he’d spent most of his youth and professional career.
In previous days, Bayern Munich were a club that many believe Havertz could go to. However, the Bavarians have denied such rumours and said they would not pursue a transfer for the player.
Since the 2020/21 season, Havertz has played 119 times across all competitions for Chelsea scoring 29 goals and assisting on 15 occasions.
