Juventus star Gleison Bremer has today provided a fresh insight into his future at the Bianconeri.
The subject of stopper Bremer’s situation in Turin has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines at the Allianz Stadium for several weeks now.
This comes amid mounting claims that the Brazilian is close to becoming the latest high-profile member of Massimiliano Allegri’s squad to put pen to paper on a new contract.
Bremer has long established himself as an integral member of Juve’s backline, viewed as nothing short of indispensable by the club’s staff and supporters alike. Last summer, the Brazil international was linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur but it didn’t materialise.
Speaking to the media this afternoon, the 26-year-old was therefore drawn on his future in Turin.
Beyond that, though, during an interview with The Telegraph, Bremer was also pressed on the possibility of one day making the move to England, to line out for one of the Premier League’s top clubs.
And though he was keen to assure that he remains fully focused on matters at Juventus, Bremer was not shy in admitting that lining out in the Premier League is very much on his bucket list:
“I like La Liga and the Premier League, but the Premier League is a very exciting championship and I watch a lot of matches and they are very entertaining, One day, I would like to play in the Premier League but right now I am focused on Juventus and winning trophies with them. We are one of the best teams in the world.”
