Serie A giants Juventus have been facing difficulties in a move for Randal Kolo Muani and have now sealed a move for RB Leipzig’s Lois Openda.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the deal is done and Openda is set to become the next Juventus striker and is expected to undergo a medical in Turin later in the day ahead of a transfer.
He will arrive at Juventus on an initial loan deal with the option to buy permanently, but it can become an obligation to buy if certain conditions are met. The forward is set to sign a contract worth €4 million per season.
Determined to bring the Kolo Muani back, the Bianconeri management ultimately clashed with Vlahovic’s desire to stay and the lack of suitable offers for him, the constraints of Financial Fair Play, and PSG’s unwillingness in accepting a more flexible formula that would allow Juve to budget the bulk of the final fee next summer.
Thus, Kolo Muani, who has been waiting for Juventus all summer, now has just a few hours to find a new position in the Premier League.
