Serie A giants Inter are interested in the possible sale of midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu and there is a real possibility of an exit.
La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Galatasaray are interested in the Turkey midfielder. No offers have arrived and Inter want a fee that is between €35 million and €40 million for the player.
The Nerazzurri already have a plan in place for replace Calhanoglu. The easier choice is to make sure that Kristjan Asllani becomes the replacement and they look inwards. But considering how much the ex-Empoli player has failed, it would make sense to potentially look at Nicolo Barella as a better replacement.
Lazio’s Nicolo Rovella is a potential target and while there will be a difficulty in signing him, the Italy international is a key option. The midfielder has grown up in a family that supports Inter and also has a release clause worth €50 million.
