Sky Germany is informed that Omar Traoré does not want to extend his expiring contract with 1.FC Heidenheim.
A winter transfer could be on the cards given this would be Heidenheim’s last chance to receive a transfer fee.
Traoré had largely featured as a right-back in Frank Schmidt’s team, providing 2 assists in 12 Bundesliga matches thus far.
The fleet-footed player can also play in a more advanced right midfield role and is valued at €4million by Transfermarkt.com.
Traoré joined on a free transfer from VfL Osnabrück in 2023 and has played a total of 88 games in all competitions for Heidenheim.
