Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has moved to lavish praise on Marc Casadó, after the youngster’s latest starring showing for the Blaugrana.
Barcelona marked their return to action a short time ago, welcoming neighbours Espanyol to Montjuïc for a derby showdown.
When all was said and done, the evening’s hosts emerged comfortable victors, thanking goals on the part of Dani Olmo (2) and Raphinha for a 3-1 triumph.
Post-match, though, it was another member of his XI whom the aforementioned Hansi Flick was eager to single out for special praise.
Marc Casadó is fresh off another superb display on Sunday, the highlight of which saw the 21-year-old bag his third assist in as many games to lay on Barca’s 2nd.
Speaking to the media in his ensuing press conference, Blaugrana boss Flick therefore made sure to reveal his appreciation for Casadó’s efforts, in explaining:
“Marc Casadó is incredible. He does everything well offensively as well as defensively.”
