Bayern Munich star Harry Kane has been declared fit for England’s World Cup qualifier against Latvia on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old striker, who missed England’s 3-0 victory over Wales on Thursday, is set to return, Three Lions coach Thomas Tuchel confirmed at a press conference on Monday.
“Harry Kane is fit and ready to go,” said Tuchel.
“I don’t see why he shouldn’t be able to play 90 minutes tomorrow. It was just a short pause for him.
“He played all matches for Bayern Munich before – so I don’t see any obstacles.”
Kane sat out the Wales game as a precaution after picking up a knock in Bayern’s 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt just before the international break.
