Sky Germany reports that Hannover 96 striker Nicolo Tresoldi is attracting interest from across Europe as he looks to take the next step in his career.
The 20-year-old is open to leave Hannover in the summer and a transfer is likely to happen. Tresoldi’s current contract at the club expires in 2026 and there are no talks of trying to extend his deal, which means this will be the last summer that Hannover can sell the striker for a good price.
Clubs from the Bundesliga, Premier League and Serie A have inquired about Tresoldi’s availability in the summer.
The 20-year-old is a regular feature for the Germany under-21s and has scored four in his last four games. However, at the club level, Tresoldi has only scored once this season and has had to make do with a place on the bench recently as Eintracht Frankfurt loanee Jessic Ngankam has been preferred over him.
Hannover’s current record transfer is Ilhas Bebou’s move to Hoffenheim in 2019 for €9m followed by Joselu’s move to Stoke City for €8m in 2015. With Tresoldi currently being valued at €5m by transfermarkt the 20-year-old will likely have a chance to break that record next summer.
