Alassane Pléa has put pen to paper on a contract extension with Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The French forward, whose former deal was due to expire in 2023, has signed a new contract through 2025, which includes an option for another year.
“Alassane is now going into his fifth season with us,” commented sporting director Roland Virkus.
“The fact that he has been our top scorer across the past four seasons shows how valuable he is to the team.
“With his technical ability, his quality finishing and his versatility in attack, he is also an important element for the kind of football we want to play. We’re delighted that Alassane is convinced by our vision and sees his future at Borussia.”
