Sky Germany reports that Giovanni Reyna has shown no interest in leaving Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window.
Due to his performances in recent weeks as well as injuries, Reyna has spent most of his time on the bench at Dortmund this has prompted speculation surrounding the 21-year-old’s future at the club. However, at the current moment, Reyna is not interested in leaving the club in the winter.
Several clubs have shown interest in the American but he has blocked any advancements from them as he wants to stay at Dortmund and fight for his place. While Dortmund themselves are currently not interested in letting Reyna leave in the summer. Nevertheless, things can still change in the summer if the situation does not improve for Reyna.
In this current season, Reyna has only played six times for Dortmund this season and has yet to score and assist in any of those games. Although a host of injuries has stunted him finding any form, the times that he has seen the pitch the 21-year-old has shown no reason why he should be playing ahead of any of the underperforming Dortmund wingers.
