Warren Zaïre-Emery (17) is set to make his France debut when Les Bleus welcome Gibraltar at the Allianz Riviera on Saturday, whilst Jean-Clair Todibo (23) is also set for a spot in the starting XI.
Didier Deschamps confirmed that Zaïre-Emery would make his France debut, either from the start or from the bench. The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is in competition with Aston Villa’s Boubacar Kamara for a spot in the starting lineup. According to L’Équipe, the former looks set to win that battle.
Todibo has reportedly impressed in training this week and he looks set to start alongside Dayot Upamecano at the heart of France’s defence. He will beat William Saliba, Jules Koundé and Axel Disasi for a spot in the lineup.
