Endrick could leave Real Madrid in January with Serie A giants keen

AC Milan and Roma are keen to sign Real Madrid striker Endrick, according to Spanish outlet Marca.

The 20-year-old has struggled for first-team opportunities because of the wealth of attacking options at Madrid.

His situation attracted interest from several clubs this summer, but manager Jose Mourinho was firmly against sanctioning a departure.

However, the Brazilian forward has made just two La Liga appearances this season.

He produced a match-winning performance in Madrid’s Champions League victory against Roma last week.

Endrick bagged a goal and an assist after coming off the bench to lead his team to a thrilling 4-3 comeback win.

He earned a start in the subsequent La Liga match against Sevilla, but failed to get on the scoresheet. He only played for two minutes in the midweek game against RB Leipzig.

He is expected to start on the bench in Sunday’s El Clasico, with Mourinho preferring Yan Diomande and Arda Guler on the wings.

Endrick could push to leave Madrid in January if his situation does not improve.

He spent the second half of last season on loan at Lyon, scoring eight goals in 21 appearances.

Roma and Milan are keen to secure his services for the second half of this season.
