For a long time, it seemed like an open secret that Raphael Guerreiro would leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season.

However, after a series of impressive performances, the left-back could possibly stay at the club after all.

It’s reported that he could have a future at Dortmund in the central midfield position where he impressed against Schalke last week.

According to the Ruhr Nachrichten, talks between the club and the player’s representatives are currently underway.

It remains to be seen if an agreement will be reached, but all parties are likely to want clarity as soon as possible.
