Reports that Alphonso Davies has written off a contract extension with Bayern Munich and is focusing on joining Real Madrid are “inaccurate”, according to the player’s agent.

Alphonso Davies’ agent, Nedal Huoseh, has played down reports from Spain that his client is refusing to renew his contract with Bayern Munich in the hope of joining Real Madrid.
Asked about the speculation by TZ, Huoseh didn’t rule out a move to Real Madrid in the future, but claimed that the Canada international is fully focused on the tasks at hand with Bayern for the time being.
“That’s inaccurate,” Huoseh told TZ, continuing:
“Right now, ‘Phonzy’ is at Bayern Munich, that’s where his focus is.”
Davies has a contract with Bayern until 2025. He came close to extending his Bayern contract beyond 2025 earlier this year, but broke off contract talks after Hasan Saliamidzic and Oliver Kahn were sacked as club bosses at the end of last season.
