Japan midfielder Daichi Kamada’s future at Lazio is under doubt, with the midfielder not feeling sure about staying at the club.
Kamada had joined Lazio this past summer on a free transfer but he had only signed an initial one-year deal with the Biancocelesti, who had the option to hand him a longer terme extension.
Daniele Longo has reported that the extension can be exercised between May and June by both parties and while Kamadda felt enthusiastic about the Roman club a few weeks ago, that isn’t quite the case anymore. He has doubts about the club, but Claudio Lotito will try his best to dispel them before the Asian Cup.
Kamada has taken time to adapt to the system under Maurizio Sarri, who believes that he is yet to find a balance when Kamada featured alongside Nicolo Rovella and Luis Alberto. It isn’t certain that the Japan international will move on, but the possibility is lingering and it has risen recently.
