Champions League | Bayern Munich Predicted XI vs Manchester United

With players recently returning to training and gaining more fitness, Thomas Tuchel may have some cautious decisions to make on which players to risk in Bayern Munich’s first Champions League fixture this season.

Both Kingsley Coman and Raphaël Guerreiro returned to take part in the team training session today after Guerreiro had been suffering with a thigh injury since pre-season, and Coman recently having small muscular issues.

Jamal Musiala has now been training for two weeks and managed to make the matchday squad on Saturday against Bayer Leverkusen as he came on for 30 minutes to replace Thomas Müller, and he could start ahead of him tomorrow.

Joshua Kimmich was also replaced after 60 minutes on Saturday as a precaution. Thomas Tuchel revealed he was playing with an inflamed tendon and was advised to only play 60 minutes of football by the medical team.

Kimmich’s fitness has been monitored since and has taken part in the training sessions leading up to this match.

Predicted Bayern Munich XI vs Manchester United

Sven Ulreich – Noussair Mazraoui, Dayot Upamecano, Kim Min-jae, Alphonso Davies – Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka – Leroy Sané, Jamal Musiala, Serge Gnabry – Harry Kane.
