Brest have entered the race to sign Amir Richardson (23) on loan from Fiorentina, according to a report from Fabrice Hawkins. The Moroccan international midfielder was previously a transfer target for Nice, but Les Aiglons have now pulled out of the race to sign him.
Brest are not the only club interested in signing the 23-year-old midfielder. Hawkins understands that Richardson has several clubs interested in his services as Fiorentina open the door to a potential short-term deal away from Florence.
Richardson to join Brest?
Gregory Lorenzi has identified the midfielder as a primary target for Les Pirates. However, it remains to be seen whether he would entertain joining the Ligue 1 club on a temporary basis.
