A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona is the subject of a fresh approach by way of the Saudi Pro League.
That’s according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Vitor Roque as the player in question.
Uncertainty surrounding the future of frontman Roque has of course long been rampant in the media in Catalunya’s capital.
This comes with the Brazilian, after failing to convince Xavi of his talents across his first half-season in Barcelona’s colours, having seemingly seen the same scenario unfold under new Blaugrana boss Hansi Flick.
Amid an ongoing search for fresh funds to put towards incomings of their own, the Camp Nou brass have, in turn, opened the door to Roque’s sale.
And, as alluded to above, on Friday, a new potential landing spot for the 19-year-old has emerged.
As per the aforementioned Fabrizio Romano:
‘Al-Hilal have approached Barça for Vitor Roque, as Saudi media report — he’s on club shortlist for this summer.’
It is reiterated that Deco and his team of directors ‘could be open to a sale’, with it now up to Roque and his entourage to ‘decide what they want to do’.
