Augsburg sign French talent Kyliane Dong

Augsburg have announced the signing of French attacker Kylian Dong from Ligue 2 side ES Troyes AC.

The 20-year-old will join on a free transfer in the summer ahead of the 2025/26 season as his contract with the French club ends at the end of this season.

Dong has signed a long-term contract which will last until 2030.

The winger came through the youth system at Troyes before then making his debut for the first team at the age of 17 in Ligue 1.

He then became a regular in the side after Troyes were relegated to Ligue 2 and has made a total of 57 appearances for the club but has not made an appearance since February due to ruling out a contract extension back in the winter.

He has also made three appearances for the France under 20 national team.

“We have followed Kyliane’s progress for a while now and are pleased that he will join FCA this summer,” said Augsburg sporting director Marinko Jurendic.

“He has lots of potential and a lot of promising attributes that he can hopefully develop in order to become an established Bundesliga player”.
