Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus has once again been proposed to AC Milan as the January transfer window approaches.
According to a report from Gianluigi Longari, the Brazilian international has been offered to the Rossoneri management as they look for ways to sharpen their attacking vanguard for the second half of the season.
While the technical quality of the former Manchester City man is not in question, the Milan leadership is taking a cautious approach. The club is currently making deep considerations regarding the player’s physical condition and overall durability. Jesus has been plagued by recurring fitness issues during his time in London, and the Milan hierarchy wants to ensure that any potential investment would provide a reliable option rather than another addition to the treatment table.
For Milan, the search for a new striker remains a priority, but the club is wary of high-cost operations that carry significant medical risks. The Brazilian’s name is back on the table at Casa Milan, but before any formal negotiations begin, the Rossoneri will need to be fully convinced that the 28-year-old can withstand the rigors of Max Allegri’s system.
