Hertha BSC have secured a sell-on fee as part of the deal that will see Marcel Lotka join Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer this summer, according to Bild.
Should Dortmund sell Lotka in the future, Hertha will reportedly be entitled to 10-15 percent of the fee.
Lotka signed for Dortmund at the beginning of March before playing a key role in helping the club avoid relegation.
As a result, Hertha extended the goalkeeper’s expiring contract by option after all.
A legal dispute was looming, but the two clubs have now come to an agreement on the above-mentioned compromise.
