Juventus have identified Timo Werner and Gabriel Jesus as potential alternatives for Alvaro Morata, whose future remains uncertain at Allianz Stadium, reports Tuttosport.
Morata is currently on loan from Atletico Madrid, but Juve face a stumbling block for his permanent transfer.
Atletico are holding out for €35 million to part ways with the Spaniard, while the Old Lady are reluctant to pay it, having already shelled out €20m for his loan.
The Bianconeri have been trying to lower the fee, but Los Rojiblancos are not budging, meaning Morata could end up returning to Wanda Metropolitano after two years.
Juve are planning for alternatives and have made Werner and Jesus potential targets for the summer.
Jesus has been linked with an exit from Manchester City this summer as the Brazilian’s game time will be limited due to the arrival of Erling Braut Haaland next season.
However, Arsenal are in pole position to land the Brazilian attacker, who is also open to reuniting with Mikel Arteta.
Elsewhere, Werner’s future at Chelsea is far from certain following another disappointing season where he failed to meet the expectations.
The Blues could be open to selling the German international for an appropriate offer, and Juve may take advantage of the situation.
Aside from Morata, Max Allegri has to find a replacement for Paulo Dybala, who recently bid farewell to the Italian giants.
Angel Di Maria has been identified as a short-term target, and the Argentine has already parted ways with Paris Saint-Germain.
The Turin giants are leading the race for Di Maria, having submitted a one-year offer worth £6.7m.
