With his Liverpool contract set to expire in the summer of 2026, Ibrahima Konaté has been linked with several top clubs, including Bayern Munich.
At a press conference with the French national team on Saturday, the centre-back addressed his future, saying he hopes for clarity soon.
“I’ve seen a lot of things. Liverpool have reportedly made me a new offer, but I don’t know where that information came from… My agents are still in discussions with Liverpool,” he said.
“I hope a decision will be made very soon, so I can announce it.”
Konaté joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig in 2021.
