George Ilenikhena (18) has returned to first-team training following an adductor injury. His last appearance came against Paris Saint-Germain in the Trophée des Champions at the start of January.
The AS Monaco striker has been out for around a month but has now made his return to first-team training. When he suffered the injury, Adi Hütter evoked a return date of mid/late February and his return to training is in line with this return date. Since his injury, Monaco have brought in another striker in the form of Mika Biereth. The former Arsenal man’s signing is linked to Folarin Balogun’s shoulder injury. The USMNT forward is expected to return in March or April.
The former Royal Antwerp striker has been training since Tuesday, as has Moatsem Al-Musrati. The Libyan was signed from Besiktas on transfer deadline day and was training with his teammates on Wednesday’s session in La Turbie, attended by Get French Football News.
