Germany were 2-1 winners over Greece on Friday night and Arsenal’s Kai Havertz got on the scoresheet with a lovely goal.
The game was Julian Nagelsmann’s team’s last match before their Euro 2024 campaign gets underway against Scotland next Friday.
The tournament is a special one for the German national team given that it is on home soil and the win over Greece should give them confidence ahead of next week’s opener at the Allianz Arena.
Arsenal’s Kai Havertz scored the equaliser for Germany on Friday night as the forward continues his positive season. The 24-year-old received a pass from Leroy Sane before turning and shooting impressively.
