West Ham aiming to sign PSG’s Carlos Soler on loan with an obligation to buy

According to Relevo, West Ham United are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Carlos Soler (27) this summer. The Premier League club are working on a potential deal with the Ligue 1 champions which would see the Spaniard join on loan with an obligation to buy.

Soler’s countryman and manager of the Hammers Julien Lopategui has been in direct contact with the 27-year-old to convince him to move to the London Stadium. Relevo understands that the PSG midfielder is interested in the prospect of joining the East London club and playing in the Premier League.

Other options available

Despite West Ham’s interest in Soler, the Spanish international has other options available to him. His future is far from decided. The prospect of playing his football in the French capital and remaining at Les Parisiens still remains an option to him if a move to the Premier League does not materialise.
