There has been plenty of movement between Chelsea and RC Strasbourg Alsace, two clubs that share the same BlueCo owners, this summer. Whilst the likes of Andrey Santos and Djordje Petrovic have left Strasbourg to return to the Blues (the latter has since departed once again, joining Bournemouth on a permanent deal), there have also been further moves from London to Alsace.
Mike Penders, Mamadou Sarr, and Kendry Paez have all joined Les Alsaciens on loan. Mathis Amougou and Ishé Samuels-Smith, meanwhile, have both joined on permanent deals, with the limit of loans from one single club (three) having already been reached. There could be another deal between the two clubs.
As per L’Équipe, there are now talks over Genesis Antwi (18). The Sweden youth international, who made two UEFA Europa Conference League appearances last season, visited Strasbourg’s training centre last week. RCSA and Chelsea are now engaged in talks over a potential deal.
