At the age of 22, Rocco Reitz has established himself as a key player in the middle of the park for Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Meanwhile, his younger brother Tony Reitz, 20, has been trying to make a name for himself at the club, playing for the second team.
However, as Borussia Mönchengladbach announced on Tuesday, Tony Reitz has now opted to join Borussia Dortmund’s reserves instead.
“We would have liked to tie Tony down to us for the long term and offered him prospects for the future,” said Borussia Mönchengladbach’s director of development, Mirko Sandmöller.
“Unfortunately, he has decided to go his own way. We wish Tony all the best for the future.”
