Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly poised to unveil the signing of Portuguese full-back Aurelio Buta from Royal Antwerp.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the 25-year-old defender has signed a contact until 2026 with ‘Die Adler’, who will snap him up for free.

Buta featured 21 times for Royal Antwerp through the 2021/22 season, racking up three assists.

Frankfurt have already signed Faride Alidou, Jerome Onguéné, Randal Kolo Muani and Hrvoje Smolcic.

In addition, the Bundesliga outfit have tied Kristijan Jakic and Jens Petter Hauge down to permanent deals after the duo spent the 2021/22 campaign on loan at Deutsche Park Bank.
