Monaco midfielder Youssouf Fofana seems set to seal a move to Milan and could arrive in the city today.
La Gazzetta dello Sport and Gianluca di Marzio – amongst others, have confirmed that the Rossoneri’s deal for the midfielder is now done. He will join the club for a fee of €25 million plus bonuses and only the final details of the move are being ironed out.
Parties spoke today and held crucial talks to conclude the move and a contract till 2029 is already pretty much done for the France international. He will not be available for Milan’s first game of the season but will be called up for the second game and barring any surprises, he will be the fourth summer signing.
Gazzetta report that Fofana could arrive in Milan later today for his medical with the club and he will sign his contract tomorrow. All this while, he was always keen on Milan and it has finally happened.
