Marseille have announced that Adrien Rabiot and Jonathan Rowe are up for sale following an altercation in the dressing room.
The duo were involved in a heated scuffle after the defeat against Rennes in the Ligue 1 opener over the weekend.
The antics have displeased head coach Roberto De Zerbi, who has taken a ruthless decision to exclude Rabiot and Rowe from his project.
The information has been communicated to the two, who are on the lookout for new clubs.
While Rowe has agreed personal terms with Bologna, Rabiot has been reportedly attracting interest from Serie A’s top clubs such as Inter Milan, Juventus and Roma.
Juve are looking to reunite with Rabiot, who was instrumental in Marseille securing Champions League qualification last season.
The 30-year-old spent five seasons at Juventus with fluctuating success before leaving for free in the summer of 2024.
The Old Lady, led by former sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli, wanted to keep the Frenchman, but he was reluctant to accept their renewal offer, citing the lack of a pay rise.
Now with Damien Comolli leading the transfer operations, Juve believe they can persuade Rabiot back to Turin.
The Bianconeri are scouring the market for a midfielder, and their targets, such as Morten Hjulmand and Sandro Tonali are considered expensive.
On the other hand, Inter want to add a new midfielder to their ranks, identifying Rabiot as a viable option.
The Frenchman’s solid defensive numbers and passing repertoire make him a perfect fit for Cristian Chivu’s side.
He is available for an affordable price worth €15 million, and his salary also falls within the club’s parameters.

Rabiot’s experience will be valuable for Roma’s new project under Gan Piero Gasperini, especially with the likes of Manu Kone and Bryan Cristante linked with exits.
The former Paris Saint-Germain star has also been offered to Manchester United, who tried to sign him multiple times over the last few years.
