Olympique de Marseille are considering a move for Zenit Saint-Petersburg’s Gustavo Mantuan (24) as they look to strengthen on the right-hand side following the departure of Luis Henrique to Inter Milan.
According to Foot Mercato, the Brazilian winger-turned-wing-back features on OM’s shortlist, with club officials impressed by his versatility and output across multiple roles. Mantuan has been with Zenit since 2022, initially on loan from Corinthians before a permanent move the following year for around €2m.
Having been used as a rotation option in attack during his first season, Mantuan registered six goals and four assists in just 553 minutes. Over the past year, however, Sergey Semak has shifted him into a more defensive role, with the Brazilian now regularly featuring at right-back. In that position last season, he contributed three goals and four assists in 19 appearances, and started Zenit’s opening match of the 2025/26 Russian Premier League campaign at Rostov (2-1).
