According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayer 04 Leverkusen are close to signing FC Barcelona’s 16-year-old Andrea Natali.
The La Liga giants are said to have offered the 16-year-old Italian centre-back a new contract, but Leverkusen appear to have a good chance of luring him to Germany.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Natali is expected to accept an offer from the German champions.
The Italian transfer market insider reports that Leverkusen are willing to pay a compensation fee of 1 million euros to sign the defender, who only turned 16 in January.
Leverkusen confirmed their first summer signing on Friday, announcing the arrival of Jeanuël Belocian from Stade Rennes.
