Amadou Haidara has “no chance” of leaving RB Leipzig this month, according to the club’s head coach, Marco Rose.
Asked about reports from England that Brighton & Hove Albion are keen on signing the 24-year-old midfielder, Rose told Sky Germany:
“I absolutely need ‘Doudou’. There is no chance [of him leaving]. He’s an important factor for us.
“Haidara will stay in Leipzig for sure.”
Haidara has come on from the bench in each of Leipzig’s two games in 2023 so far.
