Le Havre AC midfielder Oussama Targhalline (22) is set to join Feyenoord, according to a report from Foot Mercato.
Whilst the transfer window in France has now closed, Dutch sides are still able to make transfers with the window in the Eredivisie shutting on Tuesday. Feyenoord look set to secure a late deal to sign Le Havre midfielder Targhalline. The Morroco international has played 14 times for Les Ciel et Marines in Ligue 1 this season, however, he is set to become the latest player to leave the cash-strapped Normand side.
As per Foot Mercato, Targhalline is already in Rotterdam in order to undergo his medical and sign a three-and-a-half-year deal with the Dutch club. There is already an agreement in place between Le Havre and Feyenoord, although the value of this agreement has not yet been revealed. His former club, Olympique de Marseille, will net a sum. Les Phocéens had 50% of any re-sale.
